How should I care for my items?

Following the suggested manufacturer’s washing instructions is best. To extend the life of our apparel we always recommend washing your Navycrow.Com Shirts in cold water, air dry and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are very delicate and dry cleaning is recommended. Always refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

What does (Pre-order Only) mean?

These are the US Navy designs whether coins or apparel items that are first seen on our website so our customers can get them early and get on the list right away!

They are not in stock yet (in production with various lead times until completion) but will be arriving soon and we will fire them out the door the minute they arrive. You can order early and get them and be the first person on the block with the newest Navy Crow design. Pre-orders are not refundable and non-cancellable. When you place your pre-order you are reserving that item.

What if an item is out of stock?

Not as fast as a 16-inch shell but a lot faster than you might imagine. Every shirt, hoodie and apparel item is carefully printed on-demand. Each order is digitally printed on 100% American shirts and printed in America. Orders typically can take from 2-10 business days (approximately) based on the item and amount of orders in the system. Holidays, sales days and peak shopping days can have an effect on printing demands and cause times to be extended. Some shirts we offer are not made in the USA and they are noted but there is always an option to select a 100% USA made shirt. Production dates are not guaranteed. We strive to work within a set production schedule but due to the demands on any given day, this can change without notice.
Pre-ordered and low stock coins will be shipping in approximately 3-4 weeks from the time of our production order. If we have them in stock, we ship as quickly as possible. If a coin is back ordered that means your challenge coin is in production and being made. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this process to be completed before they are shipped to your destination.

How Do You Ship Your Orders?

Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS. Your order will usually ship within 24-48 hours from receipt by us. Tracking information will be provided.

Can I contact you via telephone?

We are working hard to get all your orders out on a timely basis that we may be away from the phone for extended periods of time. It is best to email us at hq@navycrow.com with your questions and we will reply within 24 hours, or by FAX (503) 297-2570.

Navycrow.Com Style Art unique?

Only in American and only at Navycrow.com. As we like to say we are unique as America. Our military USN art is designed by USN active duty and military veterans of the United States Navy. Art seen on our webpage and under the name of Navycrow.Com may not be used in part or whole to include derivatives or sold without express written permission by Navycrow.Com.

How secure is my credit card?

Pentagon-level security. So much so that we never receive the actual card information when the order is placed. The website does not keep your information on file and we do not have access to it which means no one does either. We receive confirmation from our merchant that funds have been sent and your purchase has been made. We always strive to make your shopping experience as secure as possible. We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name, and address. This technology is designed to protect your information. We value you as our customer and it is important that you feel welcome and secure with your information.

Can I return an Item?

Any unworn or unwashed apparel can be returned if there is a material flaw, defect or misprint. Size charts and links are provided on every apparel item on Navycrow.Com. Incorrectly ordered sizes cannot be accepted for return. All sales are final.
