Subic Bay Drinking Club US Navy Custom Women’s Shirt. Subic Bay Naval Base was located in Zambales, Philippines and was 262 square miles. It was a major ship-repair, supply and rest and recreation facility. It was the largest overseas military installation after Clark Air Base was closed in 1991. The largest volume of sales happened at their Navy Exchange and the Naval Supply Depot handled the largest volume of fuel oil of any Navy facility in the world! After its closure in 192 it became the Subic Bay Freeport Zone by the Philippine government.
