I would live to review this product but I got the envelope and packing slip but there were no coins in it. Upon further inspection, the side of the envelope had been split.

I ordered two of these coins and would really like to actually receive my order!

I emailed customer service and have yet to hear back from them. I have ordered before and was very pleased. Please do not tarnish your reputation any further.

Elizabeth we are sorry to hear that. Did you happen to contact USPS and your local office. As you know we shipped the order complete and can provide evidence of weight, the amount paid for shipping and show it was delivered. Filing a USPS report will only show it was delivered. We have no real control over USPS and the product and what happens after it has been delivered. USPS really ties our hands with these types of situations. We are truly sorry.
